  • Designed and iterated on student enrollment emails using four user interviews to address advisor burnout and reduced advisor appointments during the peak enrollment period by 11%.

  • Applied effective stakeholder management through the coordination and facilitation of information sessions to increase major awareness with more than 10 campus office stakeholders. Managed and facilitated information sessions for over 200 prospective families and students.
